4th of July on the Green - Every year Montrose hosts a community get together with foot races, craft shows, an old-fashioned parade, a Dairy Princess, chicken barbeque and fireworks. Lots of fun for everyone.
Blueberry Festival - The Library hosts everything blueberry on the Green in Montrose. Everything blueberry includes pizza, bake sales, games for the kids and a great book sale under two tents. Held rain or shine on the first Friday and Saturday in August.
